Before your first consultation, you will be asked to fill in a questionnaire and a diet plan. The consultation itself may last up to 3 hours consisting of:
    • Medical history
    • Diet analysis
    • Analysis of symptoms
    • Body fat analysis (if required), in accordance with the International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropomety (ISAK)
    • Discussion of goals
    • Suggested new eating plan (including timing of food or liquid intake) with recipes if required

Biochemical tests, such as blood and urine tests, may be required but many nutritional problems can be interpreted through symptoms and diet. Should it be necessary, you may be referred back to your GP.

Subsequent appointments will take place as and when required, usually 2 to 6 weeks after the first appointment.

At Corpotential, any dietary changes will be incorporated into your lifestyle with as little inconvenience as possible. All suggested foods will be available at your local supermarket and you will not be asked to buy an unheard of ingredient that is difficult to find. Any help with menus and cooking will be provided. It is not difficult to eat well, nor does it take a lot of time. However it does take planning and organising and what may appear to be complicated will be shown to be simple.

In the future, we are planning to provide you with The Cooking Experience. This unique experience is tailored to your needs in order to simplify achieving your optimal potential and ensuring you enjoy the process!
